@kvsudharshan1 Thank you! And please, let's nevermind Federer playing against top-tier opponents ranging 5 to 7 years his junior. Add to this the man's mind-boggling match stats (esp. in a GS) and take note of his "retirement" stats. Roger took his cue from earlier generations: no matter your form, if you're fit enough to take the court, you're fit enough to finish it. Win or lose. Can some of these current players say the same?

@tatskioten888 Such revisionist BS and you know it. Becker? Really now. That's like a RF fan saying AA was his contemporary. LOL! And as for Agassi v. Sampras. If only there was such a real rivalry. And as a AA fan myself during that time, it would've been great. Didn't really happen though. Critics were spouting the same "weak era" babble that you're doing now.

its true he got 16 grandslams but he has nobody to play with. Unlike Sampras he had agassi, becker, courier, chang, safin, etc.who had multiple grandslams in their career.
