High quality version (320 kbps). He seems to be well regarded but I find his voice rather harsh - what do you think?

  • @rambellipierfranco: Translation: I am fully convinced of one thing, even in thirty or forty years there will be among those who love the voices, people who love to hear this beautiful voice. Louis Alexander Désiré is an example for all kids who love to sing!

  • C'est dommage, qu'il a perdu son voix soprane comme tous les garcons aussi. Mais hereusement il y a des techniques de conserver cette incroyable fascinant phenomen de la nature sur Cd pour la posterité.

  • @zaychik02 Louis was 12 when he recorded this. He lives in Paris; his teacher lives in Australia and Louis took weekly lessons by long distance telephone. His teacher was instructing him in the true bel canto style. He turned 16 on May 20, 2011 and has not performed in two years pending the completion of the change of voice. He wants to continue singing as an adult, so I'm sure we will hear much more from him before long. He is a classical dancer, a formidable pianist, and also plays the lute.

  • who is he? an angel? a bird singer?

    wonderful voice!

    fantastic!

  • I wouldn't say describe his singing voice as harsh. Perhaps he's forcing it a little in this performance but there's nothing wrong either with his tone, his phrasing, or his intonation. Good singing technique in fact.

    mfi

  • There are sweeter voices but he has quite the technique.

  • Yes, he's forcing his voice a little here; sang quite beautifully at best, though.

  • BoySopranoLover, do you know woh old was Luis-Alexander when he sang this?
