Brought back memories for us as well! We went in 2003, awesome house reef! Shame about the rain at the end of your video...awesome place......shame they have refurbed it. I think the character will be gone now...

Thanks or this fantastic video of Lily Beach. It brought back lots of happy memories and we really hope that one day we can return and do it all again! P.S. We really didn't care that it rained whilst we were there, because it was still more beautiful than here!

great video. brings back memories of Jan 2006 when we were at lily beach. we had 2 weeks of silid sunshine , apart from last day, which we were told is realy unusual. they even had to water the shrubs to stop them from drying up. off to meeru for 2 weeks next Jan , cant wait.

Came back from lily beach 2 weeks ago. We were probably the most unlucky people in the world as we had 5 days of solid rain - do not go to the Maldives in Janurary - Ever !
However........Lily beach, amazingly lovely resort, lovely room, food and staff. would def go back but not in Jan when it rains !

We were there over the new year and the five days of rain. Have been a number of times at the same time of the year and have not seen as many days of rain in the past.
Normaly just the odd half day here and there

Have just returned last Wednesday from Lily Beach. Highly recommended. Planning an underwater video shortly.
