use you're 1st grade math skills and count from 70(5 feet 10 inches) to 120(ten feet) and see what number you come up with. then go watch the video of him hitting his head on the rim to confirm your findings

I USED to have a 40+ inch legit vert, I am 5'11 and could dunk off a pure vert. But I have since gained about 60 lbs and dont get to hoop anymore, in fact havent in 2mos. What do you think would be the best way to retrain back to that level, along with the obvious of getting my weight back down to about 205 which is what I was at the time. I am only 27 btw

@Vertfreak101dotcom exactly my point, it is a bigger vertical than mine also and props for that tho but dont say misleading stuff cuz haneef munir has 52" and check the differential on the distance between the feet and the ground when they both adam and haneef are at the highest point, you can obviously see that haneefs vertical is quite bigger that only 2 inches

@d1pz9 Adam high jumped 7'6", and has videos of him hitting his head on multiple rims... He isn't claiming to be the highest jumper in the world... and Actually Adam and I talked today, and he thinks Haneef's vert is prob higher than 52

its ok u got hops, but sayin that u have 50" is a huge lie... why? well because u are 5'10 - 5'11, same height as Issac White that gets his whole head above the rim, and if u got 50 what does he got 65?? nothin more than 42" there buddy but still good for a white boy

@d1pz9 Like dirksilver said, there are several videos of Adam hitting hit head on the rim here on YouTube. At one point he high jumped 7'6! Huge lie? Not at all! That being said, even if it were 42" that's still a lot higher than 99% of the world no matter red, yellow black or white!
