how is the sound? does yours have the sub with it? does it make deep rich bass? someone just got this for me and i was just curious

I have the subwoofer under the desk as it is part of the amBX Premium Kit. The bass is pretty good and overall sound quality is great for a 2.1 system. Subwoofer has a turn dial to increase the level of bass and when you hit atmospheric moments or have loud explosions you can certainly "feel" it.

What country did you buy it in? And have you tried contacting support about a replacement power pack?
