the portrait is absolutely beautiful!! how do you arrange your layers??

Lines on top, then one layer to colour the skin, one layer to colour the shirt, one layer for the pants, one layer for the belt and one layer for the hair. And then the background layer :). Random touchups are on a completely new layer on top of everything.

I did it on a java applet, but not the one at RMD ^^. It's called "Oekaki Shi-Painter".
