Since I finished his book "Influence" I´ve become a big fan of Robert Cialdini.
I like his clear way of thinking, how he explains what most people experience, but just few are aware of.

What he presents as reciprocity has its biological roots...we are born with "tit-for-that" strategy as are quite a few other mammals as well.
So he is right...except we do not learn it, we are born with it.
