My theory is she was talking about falling out of love with her husband when she met him and feeling guilty about it but she couldnt help herself. I mean come on she looks at this guy in a way that people dream about being looked at. Theres no doubt in my mind that they fell in love. Thats most likely why they had to split up.

Here's a thought: Let's just assume that none of us actually know what went on between these two romantically, if anything did. Speculation is alright, but arguing over it is kind of silly since we will never know their personal lives unless they tell us. Personally, I can't imagine them never having feelings for each other because music is so emotionally connecting. But I'm not saying they had an affair. Let's just not argue about people we don't even know.

I'm new to their music and I'm so glad I missed the break :-) it would've sucked to find something this great just to find out they wouldn't be making more music

I got the impression she decided what they should do to a degree and what their image should be and that he's forcing himself to look at her and be involved like she is but he's just not. I feel like she overpowers him and that's not what he'd be into romantically. But like I said just a total first impression, I know nothing about either of them

I don't get the impression he's in love with her. I have never seen these 2 before, know nothing about them, never heard of the band or whatever and the first video I saw of them, I got the weirdest uncomfortable vibes, like he was thinking, Ok I like playing my guitar and I understand you're harmonizing with me but get out of my face.

michelle, john paul is my cousin. you could not be more wrong. he is very much in love with his wife and children. the band split because joy and john paul come from very different musical backgrounds (which leads to wanting to take the band in very different directions), and both were finding life on the road for such long periods of time difficult.
