The total protein concentration is exhibited by a color change of the sample solution from green to purple in proportion to protein concentration, which can then be measured using colorimetric techniques. • 3) How do you take the plate cover out after the incubation without spilling some of the content and not making air bubbles and spill some of the sample around the well wall and not on the bottom ?

  • 1) How do you mix the sample in the plate ?

By using the pipette up and down, you can get air bubbles inside the well, and also there may be residues of the liquid on the exterior of the tip.

    2) Is it better to load the samples against the well wall ? but then how do you know that everything is mixed well ?
