My V1 is on the left (3.863) and my friend's V1 (3.763) is on the right. He had bought it off of Craigslist, and it is completely dead on K band as you can see, but works well on Ka, X, and laser. Definitely needs a tune up to get K working again.

Going up against a local LEO shooting Ka band, although he wasn't paying attention to traffic, just looking at his computer.

  • K band is definitely on I checked all settings... Just needs to be sent in for a tune. It did end up alerting to k band once at a really strong signal but it was low strength.

  • Its like they are talking to each other.

  • u dont ever run two radar detectors together. it screws up with each other's true sensitivity and selectivity.

  • @MrRussianProud ... You must not live in the states.

  • V1blue shark

  • as a radio operator signals can be deflected 2 radars side be sides wont read well as the singals each horn even a inch can make a difference in both dectors

  • People radar detectors are a safe guard not something to keep you from getting tickets its good to know if that pig did actually get you or not

  • radars are no good. cops out smart them. they have to two ways that work perfectyl for them. 1. is they use a laser, and once the radar beeps its too late, 2. is they have their radar off and turn it on once they spot a speeder. and in both cases the radar does not work wats so ever.

  • @onewxone they receive NOT TRANSMIT..

  • @PygoManiac When they both started getting excited I couldn't stop laughing. Sounds so funny with two.

  • @cadw600 Its actually magnesium. I guess its better at heat dissipation and lighter and helps to shield from radar leaking out.
