Hey everyone this is Nora Gasparian for Hollyscoop. Both Nicki Minaj and Lil Wayne are Cash Money Records artists and big boss Birdman says that he's really proud of Nicki Minaj for improving her music a lot in recent months.

He told Complex: "I just came from listening to her album. She's grown so much as an artist. She's so talented that this s**t is scary. Like, wow she really is the female Weezy. Hands down she bad.

Nicki Minaj is definitely a bad ass. She just released her new music video for "Stupid Hoe" and she basically makes fun of fellow artist like Shakira and Lady Gaga.
