Thank you so much digitaldave1982 for uploading this. I have been fascinated with astronomy and the solar system since I was a boy and I remember watching this and videotaping it when it first aired when I was eight years old and after the tape wore out or whatever happened to it I thought I would never see this again. But you have practically made my year with this show. Thanks heaps!!

Some people say that the moon is moving farther away from the earth and eventually leave the earth and I think the venus was part of a planet (a moon) possibly thrown away towards the sun in such a way that it has no elliptical orbit or possibly the impact of other planets could have stabilized its circular path. It is newer than other planets because it was a moon, formed after the settling of dust just like our moon, with a smaller internal core and so no plate tectonics.
