I can honestly say I never thought I'd see someone say the Fountain was one of their favorite movies. Easily one of the worst I've ever seen.

@NOHHissue: Absolutely. It is a movie for real cineastes. There is no doubt ;-) But to recognize that needs some special level of passion for cinema. Darren Aronofsky is a director genius. It is not by coincidence that he won some Oscars for his latest movie "Black Swan" in this year. Watch also "Requiem for a Dream". Regards ** Tiad **

@tiad I said nothing about Aronofsky at all, I was talking about THIS movie. Requiem is easily one of the greatest films of the decade, a title that is far away from the Fountain. In fact he should have stopped after Requiem because he will never top it and Pi.

Requiem for the Dream & Pi are top-notch movies.But Darrren is so brilliant and still young so we can expect more masterpieces from him. Look at Clint Eastwood. . "Requiem is easily one of the greatest films of the decade" When read burps like this one, you wonder, have this people ever heard of Cannes Film Festival, those are masterpieces not over hyped mega shit by Darren a mediocre director who can package visual imagery for neophytes!!!
