bettas dont always need heaters just keep it at room temperature

i live in australia and mine lives in 23 degrees celcius

and in about a 5 litre bowl

OK but in France, in Normandy, the temperature is less than 15 °C at night in my living room during the winter...

i have the same veil tail and they are beautiful fish but you learn from your mistakes

I do believe they are fine in 1 or 2 gallons tank, breeders have extraordinary fishes living in less than 1 gallon, and professionnal betta owners lovers said to me the water is good, the heat is OK, they have enough space to swim...
