All the questions asked reminds me of when I was in Ireland airport on way to Amsterdam. Passport checking guy at airport asked me where I was going, why, what my boyfriend does for a living, etc. I wish I had known then that I could have recorded him. I asked him why he asked so many questions, and he said he could do what he wants, but I think he was taking advantageous of his feeling of authority and superiority.

They asked me once recently what I did for a living when I was crossing by land back INTO Canada.

@devilllson I am only going by what the police have said.They instructed in what was legal so that we wouldn't get into trouble.Laws of the land are changing,most of them completely unconstitutional.

A store owner or someone who works for the owner generally has the right to detain a person they suspect of shoplifting in order to investigate the possible crime.

@smiguet So where do your rights come from? Grace? I can defend myself without rights (under the law). Do you think that people need to be taxed by lawmaking tax hookers so they can defend themselves or something? Is there a place we should look in the law book of rules before "protecting" ourselves?
