Yes it is true that they are using hormones, steroids and etc. But what they still needs an extremely hard and intense training. They also have a really strict diet which includes disgusting food in it. To be like these guys you really need to put your will into it, so do not describe bodybuilding as a simple and easy thing, because it is not (sorry for my english :D)

steroids or not, natural or not this people live for the pain, is not hard to gain 1 pound of muscle and i enjoy the must to see Frank McGrath the guy in the video, im a natural bodybuilder and combat jui jitsu fighter and can tell you the people who talk shit about this, they never go to Gym and lift a pound... well just put it this way they pass in front of the "Gold gym and they think is a candy store"
