***READ DESCRIPTION***

The base of this is that it takes place during the 'Villain's volume. Mohinder injects himself with his formula so that he can be better than Sylar and eventually beat him. However, the formula starts turning him into a monster and he's doing things he never would have done before, noticing the change of how he once handled things to the vicious actions he followed now. He goes to Pinehearst to work for Arthur Petrelli and that's when he runs into Sylar again.

Except, instead of taunting him, Sylar sees his condition and is only concerned for him which causes Mohinder to remember all the things that happened between them. Only, Mohinder doesn't want Sylar to be concerned for him because he wants to have the resolve to kill him. But no matter how much Mohinder fights against him, Sylar won't leave him be and when Mohinder finally thinks he's cured, he goes to Sylar to thank him only to notice the infection is back so he leaves.

Sick of everything, Mohinder tries to kill Sylar but is stopped by Arthur, who sees that Mohinder is nothing but a monster and has Flint try to kill him. But Sylar finds out about Flint hurting Mohinder and loses it, destroying Pinehearst but carrying Mohinder to safety. They drive off together and Mohinder finally accepts Sylar.
