Museum of the Moving Image Dr.Who exhibit

1994 Rom [Spaceknight of Galador] gets to grips with one of Galafrei's arch enemies.
The video response is from April 2009.Rom has completed a 3 month "Combat Fitness Training" course at the Wingate Institute[don't ever ask where Wingate is here,You gotta say "Vingate" OR THE LOCALS AINT GOT A CLUE WHERE YOU MEAN!] The place is named after a British officer called Ord Wingate.You'd think at least they would pronounce his name right.
Mind you, his Dum & Mad were well chuffed at how well he did.

My son was born in Eilat, Israel. Rom is an Israeli family name, not used as a private name here. Having been an avid "Marvel Comics" collector in the U.K. I was looking for a name that combined the 2 backgrounds. He is now 17 and as keen on Doctor Who as I was and am now. I supppose the Dr,Who videos I picked in yhe "Forbidden Planet" shop might have helped there.

I also have The "Rom" premier issue of the comic to show him where I got the name from.
