GoPro HD Hero - Air Force Security Forces Assault Village Training Exercise

This is a video of my unit (Air Force Security Forces) doing pre-deployment training, Assaulting a Village at Patriot Defender Training Exercise Dec 09, Fort Waltors, Texas. Thats me, the camera man with my new toy Go Pro Hero High Definition Camera.

Basically, we are patrolling doing enemy contact drills, IED (improvised explosive devices) identification, and engaging enemies. We are using live weapons with blank ammunitions. As we come up on this village, our training instructors tell us its a terrorist camp and we have to clear it out and thats were the video starts. The camp is rigged with IED and hostile terrorist hidden throughout the camp. That is why you see a lot of people laying down, that are casualties. The terrorist I chase was standing in the middle of the fire fight talking on a cellphone and we suspected he was in contact with the other terrorist telling them our movement as we assaulted the camp. It was tough running full sprint with 50lb of gear (body armor, helmet, fully loaded magazines) and a 11lb weapon (M4 with M203 grenade launcher) so i lost my balance and fell. Im glad I wore my elbow pads and knee pad.

You are right he flagged the hell out of my camera... the camera only sit 6 inch above my helmet. So I guess the camera would be dead if a round went off.

I'm interested in doing SF but do all SF's officers get trained to train dogs? Or are there other jobs in SF?

@TheCptkrunch13 Plus they say when you join SF you will earn college credits toward a Law enforcment job after military. Im enlisting as soon as I graduate also. After Air Force i'm going to be a Ca. Fish and Game Warden. Good luck.
