Is Obama a legal US citizen?

(Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania 10/21/08) - Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obamas lack of qualifications to serve as President of the United States, announced today that Obama and tbe DNC ADMITTED, by way of failure to timely respond to Requests for Admissions, all of the numerous specific requests in the Federal lawsuit. Obama is NOT QUALIFIED to be President and therefore Obama must immediately withdraw his candidacy for President and the DNC shall substitute a qualified candidate. The case is Berg v. Obama, No. 08-cv-04083.

Berg stated that he filed Requests for Admissions on September 15, 2008 with a response by way of answer or objection had to be served within thirty [30] days. No response to the Requests for Admissions was served by way of response or objection. Thus, all of the Admissions directed to Obama and the DNC are deemed ADMITTED. Therefore, Obama must immediately withdraw his candidacy for President.

Obama could not get a job with the CIA, FBI or qualify for a secret clearence in the military with his shadowy background but he can be in charge of them as President.

You have to provide your birth certificate (long form) to get a passport or driver license but you can use a non-official "certification of live birth" to run for President?

McCain was born in Panama. He is not a natural born US citizen.

I refuse to recognize Barack Hussein Obama as President of the United States of America because he is not a natural born citizen and therefore ineligible according to the U.S. Constitution. The U.S. Supreme Court refuses to even discuss the many lawsuits filed by Philip J. Berg, Alan Keyes and many others. The media refuses to discuss it. Just watch some of the videos on my page. Boo-chit! He's gonna tell her, "can it granny, or else." -- LOL! Actually, maybe he is on a mad dash to get to the department of health director and governor to pay them off, as law suits have been filed against them as well (by 2 people other than Phillip Berg) to produce documentation. What is so hard about producing what he can be quoted from his book as stating he came across it, folded -- in some other book he was reading ... or something to that effect.
