To commemorate the 40th anniversary of her passing, this video is intended to increase the awareness and appreciation of actress Inger Stevens - a lovely woman who was the personification of beauty, talent, and humanity.
For the most comprehensive resource about Inger Stevens, please visit the The Inger Stevens Memorial web site run by Jerry Lem. There you will find the images used here, as well as many details about Inger's life and career. Jerry has put up a special commemorative page which includes audio of Inger singing the Swedish lullaby "Lasse Liten." Here is the link:

Also, see these web pages on Jerry's site that refer to Hang 'Em High, The Farmer's Daughter, 5 Card Stud, and Run, Simon, Run:

The excerpts from Inger's eulogy are the truest words ever written or spoken about Inger. The eulogy, by Ben Irwin, can be found in William T. Patterson's book The Farmer's Daughter Remembered.

Cast in these film clips:
Hang 'Em High: Clint Eastwood, Inger Stevens
The Farmer's Daughter: Roger Smith (Ann Margret's hubby, 77 Sunset Strip), Inger Stevens, William Windom
5 Card Stud: Katherine Justice, Inger Stevens
Run, Simon, Run: Inger Stevens, Rodolfo Acosta, Eddie Little Sky
This is a fan tribute intended as a Fair Use review of Ms. Stevens life and career. No copyright infringement is intended nor is any profit being made by the author of this video.
The music accompanying the slide show portions is used under license and by permission. The songs are "Kiss of Love" and "Windward" and are available at RoyaltyFreeMusic.com
See Inger's niece, Athena Ashburn, in the sci-fi web series she and her husband have created, which seeks to use the Internet to compete with conventional TV. This web series is called "20 Dollar" and here is a link to the first episode in which Athena pays tribute to her aunt:

Athena and Mathew now have a You Tube channel featuring their original, Twilight Zone-flavored videos at the 20DollarShow channel.

I wish I knew that for myself, but not a clue. If you have not done so already, you might query lemster2024.

I agree, no doubt she would have contributed more. On the other hand, celebrating what she accomplished and appreciating what she gave us overcomes any tragic element - that is especially true of Inger.

A complete copy of "Inger Stevens in Sweden"...it's the Holy Grail of Inger fans everywhere! There are only promotional stills, a few magazine photos, and reviews about the show that are readily seen....A copy is listed in the Library of Congress' catalog, but I don't know if it is available for viewing. A Swedish journalist is currently trying to arrange for in inter-library loan, but I don't know if he will be successful.

hey joe----if you just randomly put on an Inger Stevens clip---i bet it was Ingar telling you to do so---same happened to me --and now i know why - so i can let u know that the departed can contact us and for the reason...she did die before her time and if it was poisoning--who did it????--just because she married a black man and probably got a lot of negative vibes thrown her way--would not be enough to kill herself she was too strong of a spirit---she is telling us something???& cats are ....

I think you are correct! He was fine after a few seconds, like he didn't see anything either. Oh well. This video of Inger is enchanting. Great work. A fan forever.
