Of course there are many great versions of Wichita Lineman. But Mr. Williams' version... it's brilliant. He captured the soul, the essence of this song. I was surprised his version wasn't on YouTube, because really everyone should hear it. Voila!

Love Andy Williams voice here but GLEN CAMPBELL YOU WILL ALWAYS EMBODY THE WICHITA LINEMAN. I am saddened to hear of your recent diagnosis but you and your contribution to music will never be forgotten.

I am listening to all the versions of this beautiful song-takes me right back to 1970s-so far this one, Tom Jones, James Taylor are lovely but Glen is the Master of them all..
