@maskedphrogg I'm not an American. But tabu is an English word as far as I can trust my dictionary. You know what I mean.The constitution mentions the powers of the government. Every power not granted to the feds goes to the states and people (10th Amdt). It does not clearly define limits, although it clarifies some. Otherwise the document would be thousands of pages to mention everything they cannot do...

The federal powers start with zero and then the constitution starts to give some...
