This is a quick video showing the front panel tuning mod that I did to my Linn LM-1. Others have done this mod and it really improves the tweakability of the LM-1.

If this seems a lot like my previous video showing tuning of the LM-2, well..., I guess I was trying to make my LM-2 more like an LM-1. You can judge whether I succeeded.

I am planning on auctioning this LM-1 soon...

  • There's a debate about where he got the samples actually. Wikipedia and Roger Linn say it was Art Wood, but James Gadson claims they sampled him from tape.
