@BigRooster747 *facepalm*-,- get to know your cameras man.
-
D400 is full frame, 16MP and film 1080p/60.
-
@NikonPhotos4U The tsunami and flooding in Thailand messed with Nikons normal product cycle. It's not their fault or Thom's for the delay. I'm optimistic that we'll be seeing some great new bodies in the next few months.

@ubuntumobutu He has a popular website largely commenting on Nikon gear. He comes across to me as a very trustworthy source of information. I check his site often.
-
@NikonPhotos4U His name is "Thom"
-
who is Thom Hogan?
-
Well its almost Feb 2012 and nothing of the D300s replacement yet , I do not know Tom but it sounds like Toms predictions are about as good as what Jehovah witnesses said about the end of the world ..........I think they, like Tom, were trying to use their anus like a mouth.
-
Tom Hogan is pulling your chain...... We are now into January 2012......... August has pasted.
-
you really doo love that nikon d7000 !!! i hope they do bring the nikon d400 out so then im imaginig the price of the d300 will goo down :) still think they should put a fx censor in there
-
Why would they have to bump up to 24MP? 21Mp would be fine. My big compaint about the D7000 is the limited bracketing. I have to spend another 300 to get a Promote Control to get more than 3 exposures in a row. Nikon should have made it at least 5 exposures.
seems like your focus is off??

@JogBird - could be... used my Kodak Zi8 for this video. Love how easy it is to set-up and use in seconds.

did he (TOM) mentioned about D400's ISO capabilities? maybe it would be closer to the D3s'. that would be really worth the wait.
MrYoda1972 1 year ago
@MrYoda1972 - No,expect the D400 to be identical to the D7000 for ISO capability as it will likely be the exact same sensor. If Nikon goes with the 24MP sensor, then expect it to be not as good as the D7000.
