The impact of too many tourists is causing deterioration of the natural heritage of the Gard-Vaucluse region of France. Here is documentary footage showing the collapse of the Pont D'Avignon due to so many stupid tourists who insist on dancing there....

  • HAHA! Indeed! Excellent performances by all. Meanwhile, Britney Spears gets filthy rich.

  • "Filthy" is the right word for the girl. Ninety years later, people still play Django's music. He truly gave something to world. As for poor little Britney...

  • Great double entendre. Really enjoyed the music too.

  • Weren't they a wonderful band?! I am truly sorry I didn't ask their name or buy their CD, although my wife put coins in their hat. They came and sat near us in the café they were serenading, and just as I was about to say 'Hi, love your work', a laden waiter tripped over a guitar case and showered them all in hot espresso... not the moment for bonding.

  • Oooooookay....I didn't see any bridge plunge into the drink.

The only "bridge" that did "collapse", would part of the stand-up bass, (after a string broke), during the quartet's acoustic jazz performance.

(And yes, the part of the bass that "raises" the strings into place near the main body of the instrument, is called a bridge)

Great jazz number, by the way. :)

I should've brought my percussion with me. ;)

  • Very clever... Only needed to watch til 2:00. Thanks for the double entendre!

  • haha!!

  • Bridge collapse! I didn't see that one coming! Thanks for a chuckle.

  • Thank you for wasting my time. Bridge collapse indeed.

  • Ouch! Too bad you didn't catch THAT for the denouement to your fine video. Merci boucoup for sharing.
