Please don't listen to what the US says, because this speech is totally out of its context. Chávez is very charismatic and he cares of his people. In 2002 the US tried to overthrow Venezuelan democracy, using the opposition. But Venezuela is democratic, so the army pull out the opposition. Now you can know why Chávez is very angry.
