  • As an animal lover myself, I have given the ASPCA donations many times. They would always send me little returm address stickers with dogs or cats on them. I will never give a freakin penny to any of these so-called charaties ever again. Now I see what they use the money for.

  • Even if the cop requests it be shut off. It doesn't matter, in a public place, and being a public servant, cannot demand to not be photographed or video taped.

    Just like the paparazzi.

The cop was totally out of line, and needs to be FIRED.

  • We need to stand up people and take our rights back. Mr. Keene I think you are doing a fine job and a service for us all!!!

  • Shot that fucking pig cop!

  • @mi6QBranch

Two civilians maybe. But once it has been establish there is a public investigation by the state police and SPCA, denying a civilian the right to collect evidence on such an investigation must certainly be illegal. Regardless of who has been commisioned or requested to render the evidence digitally, the very reason why we video police is for personal legal purpose is to prove innocence. We have seen time & again, the importance of getting any and all evidence on cams,

  • The best excuse is to use the police style technicality for arrests. EG I arrested you for resiting arrest.

I am recording for evidence to be used in a court of law regarding this investigation.

  • That SPCA lard ass needs to go on Jenny Craig!

  • @mckx5 You're right, that may have resolved it. But you have to remember that we are being conditioned to prove our innocence, instead of them proving our guilt. You can find this tactic used by police every day now. If you don't answer all their questions (which you aren't obliged to do) then you are being uncooperative and "suspicious". Why is that? Isn't it odd that exercising your rights today, means your a bad guy who has something to hide?

  • why all the stupid pictures of yourself in the video?

  • It is your firt amendment right to film ANY police in a public setting especially when he is on duty. It is against your fourth amendments rights for the cop to try to TAKE your camara. This has been ruled by several federal courts. It has also been decided that if a cop arrest's you for filming him, He can not claim immunity later from law suites for not knowing you first amendment rights. The guy filming does NOT NEED authorization in public. Know your rights people

  • @mckx5 because he didn't have authorization.

  • the police officer is an idiot.
