Week 3 Update and start of Recovery Week. Total of about 20 pounds lost so far. =)

Improvements in Yoga X

Learned a great lesson about working out in the wee hours of the morning.

Trying out a raw food diet for 30 days starting July 1st. I've been reading "Eating for Energy" http://amzn.to/oPsCMd

Up until this point I've been eating chicken and broccoli about 2 to 3 times a day and Whey Protein with Light Soy and Banana 2 times a day.

Just trying to keep it interesting. =)

  • 20 lbs! great Job man! You're doing awesome...keep bringin' it. I start my recovery week Saturday and to think I am about to do Kenpo X, hope it doesn't keep me up but I don't want to miss another day!
