@xInsanefishTV I know it's a very mentally straining thing to live with and I sympathise greatly for those with the more extreme cases.

@xInsanefishTV Well in the plot he is supposed to have OCD that's enhanced by his bad lifestyle and in this scene he realises the pills he's been taking to ease the effects are in fact supplements. Later in the film he abandons his stressful lifestyle for a quieter and happier life, and things are a lot easier for him. The main reason I uploaded this is because I admire Nicholas Cage very much for his great acting, I'm definitely not laughing at the plight of those who suffer this.
