This is an interesting bit of footage. I can easily imagine being Brendan Benson. Stoned out of my tree, sitting between two legendary guitarists talking shop...After the BS, they are debating what Who song they can play. Jack asks Pete at 3:23 "Show me if I am playing the Seeker right?" From there we see how music is made. Watch Townshend gun the tempo around 5:30. Amazing. Benson probably got out a fart or two.
