@Envelope86 yeah but wilson was not the same once he left philly, he was maybe the best fighter in the league when he was with the flyers and was not nearly as good with the hawks, still helps gillies case tho

great fight between 2 of the best ever, gillies was better for longer but wilson in his prime was one of the best, according to a study, wilson lost just twice in 52 fights as a flyer, a few years earlier schultz was believed to be the heavyweight king of the league mainly cus he was such a great enforcer but when gillies beat him, that title was given to gillies, 2 years after schultz left wilson joined the flyers, after this fight it was believed that wilson brought the title back to Philly
