    just because the strength curve is different proper form has to be used, hance dropping in weight... its a sacrifice, but it has to be made

    he didnt work his muscle properly... its not a bad thing, its just not a good thing

  • @markgoffeney with the bands form is a little different than with free weights resistance bands u get the most tension when your at the top of your exercise (squat, chest press, bicep curls etc.) and its extremely hard to get there because of the amount of resistance that you are working against with free weights you can hold the bar at the top position all day trust me it works just as good well i actually feel that the bands give you a better workout than free weights
