Golden Sun: The Lost Age - Doom Dragon

I'm pretty much uploading this to show I'm not dead. I haven't really had anything in mind after finishing my Kingdom Hearts II playthrough, and now my DVD Recorder is in for repairs, so I can't do that much. I'm also getting a new computer for Christmas, so I'm holding off on really doing anything big.

That being said, for those that don't know, this is the final boss of Golden Sun: The Lost Age. It's a three phase battle, where the dragon gets slightly stronger after every phase. I just mostly boost my stats and then just slam it. For those that know the game, I don't like to leave any of my Djinn on Standby so that I can get the maximum stat boosts, so that is why I quickly Set them back after I use them.

The first phase is relatively easy, as even though the dragon attacks 4 times, the attacks are weak. The stupid Djinn Blast move rendered my better booster, Ivan, useless, so I had to switch to Sheba, who I think is probably the worst out of all 8. Mia acts as the healer with her Wish moves, and she can almost instantaniously heal everyone. Isaac and Felix (who are Simba and Kovu here, respectively) the main attackerse, due to having insane weapons (considering the Excalibur's special is super effective) and very high attack stats.

In the second phase and on, Jenna acts as a secondary healer with her Aura moves, filling in when Mia needs to do something else. The Doom Dragon also starts to attack with Cruel Ruin, its most powerful strike. Mia can easily heal it, as long as she is able to cast it, of course. Aside from that, the rest of the battle basically plays itself.

BTW, I love the music, and I don't think this boss is as hard as the Fusion Dragon, since you can heal before it, unlike going right into the Fusion Dragon after Saturos and Mendari. It's also 8 against one instead of 4.

Cruel Ruin, not even a 3D game can make a good baddass looking attack like that one. Good ol' days with GS yep.

yay the classic game xD I love this game =3 , they should make a version where we get to know saturos and mendari side of the story using them and thir brother and sister, and alex etc
