Hi - I never completed part two as I went on to train in a different style - as I felt that I was not grounded enough in this current style - my QiGong has vastly improved now - but thanks for your comments - I will definately upload more videos if there is an interest for it

Thanks for your comment, was wondering when someone would ask that. Its a mix of Cafe Del Mer. I cannot remember the exact songs but I think someone out there may be able to help.
