I doubt he has. The Doe Network isn't that well known here in England. I used to do some work for them over here and the police were never that interested. I suspect the man is from abroad otherwise it seems remarkable he remains unidentified. That's not necessarily proof he's from abroad but given his extensive dental treatment and the fact he was disabled with a rare condition, one would expect some leads if he had lived in Britain.
