Interesting! Thanks! I understand what you mean... I personally find buildings in SL and other virtual worlds (OpenSim, etc.) some of the coolest places, I think the platform offers a ton of opportunity for non-standard thinking. Because there are no elements in a virtual world... you can do anything you want.

The way to go without a doubt.

Wow it's so realistic! And you can hold virtual meetings here too? Futuristic or what!

This is really cool, but I often wonder why so much effort is put into mimicing real-life constraints... Why does your building have walls and a ceiling?

Hey Rocky! Whilst walls may seem like a constraint, newcomers to Second Life actually find this realism comforting. The majority of our clients come fresh to the concept and a realistic build helps calm cynicsm and skepticism. It makes the transistion more natural and intuitive for them - we look at Second Life as a reality enhancer, not replacer.

That said, breaking the boundaries - through those walls - is an important step. If you visit our island on TFEmpire you'll find much open space surrounding the build, now being used!

I understand the concept. But , Why wouldn't you hire a professional to build your Eoffices ? if you paid for those.. honestly you got screwed. A kitchen in an E-office ? and who made those textures - Lawl.
I wonder if these people realize that you did not create secondlife...
Your service is a killer idea I must say.. with the phone service and all that.. But your Secondlife build is quite frankly, unusable as an office. Should have hired a pro.

Thanks Edmonds. The Second Life build was actually designed as a model of our Bristol base, allowing clients to take an immersive, interactive virtual tour before booking rooms / meetings / conferences with us, either in realtime virtually or by contacting us.
The space is also used as a unique conferencing facility - you can find out more at myeoffice . net - the system allows collaboration and interaction between users both within and outside of Second Life.
