I know you rank all these corps on scores, but you can really never put some of these great corps in any kind of ranking like this? Kingmen 36? 27th Lancers 20th? When does your DCI era start and end? Hawthorne Muchachos 49? If you rank them, you should at least put out how you came to these numbers. It's great what you put together, but these numbers will never reflect the history of DCI and some of these corps and what they brought to the activity.

My High School Band Director was the head drum captian in 1972! Gary Wampler from Fountain Valley High School =)

Is that Kevin Vliet at 1:11? This corps should easily be top 15.

I missed out on marching with the Kingsmen in 72 due to military draft #11. During the time I was with the Kingsmen I loved it. I would have marched with the best baritone player in drum corps. All Kingsmen know who that is. I did marched with the Alumni Corps in 07. Now Im a Kingsmen.

Thank you for posting this! I also marched in Anaheim Kingsmen in 1978 before I marched in North Star in 1979 and 1981. Great to see Kingsmen remembered.
Oh, and before I forget--first to view, first to rate, first to comment, first to save to a playlist, first to share on Facebook and probably the first person to have two of his corps featured in the top 50 countdown. Beat THAT!
