A true reveal of Mufi's character was when he ordered all the homeless people's dogs confiscated.
Imagine a homeless woman who's only way of sleeping is a dog that will warn her if someone comes in to rape her. And Mufi and his henchmen take away her dog, and she has to get (how?) down to the Humane Society and pay $60 to get it back. Well that happened, Mufi did that.
That speaks volumes about his character, or lack of.
