Dark heroes balanced with light make the best, Jak and Dark Jak, Sonic, Dark Sonic, super Sonic, Naruto and Demon naruto! Awesome!

The guy who voiced Jak did well in terms of acting so I won't blame him for my disappoint. xD I actually think the voice acting is very well executed, some of the best!
"At least you didn't say the exit's through the rear." "Heh. The night is still young." lol! one thing I love about talking Jak is banter like THAT.

Either it was sold to/stolen for Haven City or Haven City sold it to them/got it stolen from. He also have the light stuff, which balances out the influence of the dark stuff.

@JayTekken1 To be fair, he didnt have a ball and chain in Jak 2 or 3. Ballistic rage doesn't sit well with most women.
