I Can See Clearly Now - Bass Line

My rendition of Johnny Nash' 1972 hit "I Can See Clearly Now", played with my Alembic Essence bass guitar over a custom-rendered MIDI file.

ABOUT THE SONG
Johnny Nash wrote this pop-reggae song back in 1972. He recorded the song for his album of the same name. "I Can See Clearly Now" entered the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 at number 20, and it peaked the top position on November 4, 1972, remaining as number one for four weeks.

This song has been since then covered by many artists, including Jimmy Cliff, who took it back to the charts in 1993.

The backing band on the original recording of this song was "The Wailers", Bob Marley's well-known band. Aston Barrett was the bassist of "The Wailers" by then.
