The date was March 14, 1992 at the Carolier Lanes, in North Brunswick, NJ for the $150,000 Johnny Petraglia Open. Dave Ferraro, after shooting 768 for the open three games against George Branham, Steve Cook and Billy Young, needed 273 against top seed Joe Salvemini to break Bo Burton's record of 1050 which dated back to 1984. $28,000 to the winner, and $14,500 to the runner up...let's join Chris, Bo and Johnny Petraglia in the booth to see what happens...hope you enjoy!

I bowled with Ferraro in a pro-am in '87 in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. Nice guy. He hurt his wrist later that week.

I'd wish I'd ask my parents to tape me shows from 1992. Dave looked so cool here, and Johnny Petraglia certainly is a pleasure to have up on the announcer booth.
