@trevfrank Homemade hummus contains as much fat as you want it to contain.
Use 1/4 cup of lime juice, 1 teaspoon of good quality olive oil, a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper, 2 tablespoons of chopped cilantro (or basil if you preffer), and a tablespoon of sesame seeds toasted, get it all in the blender along with 2 cans drained chickpeas (or aprox 3 cups home boiled drained) and enjoy.
150 cal. for 1/2 cup.

3g non sat fat

fresh? yogurt is a mold bacteria LOL same with cheese
low calorie? hummus is PURE FAT
stick with the fruit and you'll feel beaut-100% of the time

another thing thats good i think she did this on another segment an apple sliced with cinamon and splenda heat it up for 30-40 seconds its really good even if you really want something as a snack during the day

12 pounds is too much in a week you idiot. If you don't think that's a crash diet then I don't wanna know what you consider a crash diet. It's impossible for you to lose that much weight unless you lost a limb. It was probably water weight that you lost anyways.
