Rendez-vous 98 - Electronic Night (Part 5 of 10) (HQ) - Jean Michel Jarre

Jean Michel Jarre at the Eiffel Tower, Bastille Day 1998. With Apollo 440 and Tetsuya "TK" Komuro. The event came at the end of the 1998 Football World Cup, which happened to have been hosted and won by France. 600,000 people attended the concert.

... Inexplicably, "Rendez-vous 98" was cut from the video, as was "Oxygene 13" . In other words, two of the best tracks are missing. A bizarre editorial decision.

In this instance, unfortunately, "HQ" means "Higher Quality" rather than "High Quality" ... NTSC VHS to PAL is tricky.


... But it's still great stuff. :-)
