Orcas - It's gettin' real (cold)

HD download at:: http://www.vimeo.com/18399544 Orcas Island is the largest of the San Juan Islands, which are located off the northern coast of Washington State. This clip features a short takeoff and landing in a Schweizer 300CBi helicopter, forecasting the new ORBX scenery of KORS and it's surroundings.

Instead of FRAPS, I used the experimental rendering function of the recently released alpha version 2.15 of FS Recorder for capturing the raw footage. This version is capable of capturing FSX videos at high frame rates, even on slower computer systems.

Never saw a S300 sound like an huey, also your rotor rpm is way higher, you should be dead in reallife...

Sorry but graphics are not all.

@djconex - You are right, graphics are not all, but think about a science fiction film with an explosion in space, or a wild west film showing a punch-up: sometimes it might be more adequate to use the expected sounds

Why do you lower your throttle?! Throttle should be full at all time, unless doing an auto or on the ground.
