SOROKA, Rev. John Steven, age 68, a resident of Cleveland, TN and a former resident of Michigan, passed away Thursday, January 13, 2011 at the family residence. He was an Assembly of God minister and attended Cleveland First Church of the Nazarene. Mr. Soroka was the son of the late William and Rose Odor Soroka and was also preceded in death by his siblings, William Soroka and Delores Soroka.
He is survived by his wife, Carlene Soroka of Cleveland, TN; three children and spouses: John (Sandy) Soroka of Romeo, MI, Cindy Soroka of Novi, MI and Rhonda (Bob) Perry of Plymouth, MI. Grandchildren: Karissa (Matt) Olson, Sierra and Michael Soroka, Dominic and Stephen Rardazzo and Alex and Grace Perry. Siblings: Irene (Don) Wanner of Clarkston, MI and Norm (Joan) Soroka of Rochester, MI. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
