Love your work! Do you think the instruction to engage the deep pelvic bowl "as if you have an egg resting in the center of your pelvis, and without gripping the genitals, try to lift the egg up to the center of your belly" would work, and if so, would be effective for both sexes? Can't wait for part 3 or equivalent!
