I really like this picture, you've got some mad coloring skill. What tool do you use when you first draw some lines with color and then make it "blend" in with the other color, is it the smudge tool?

thanks :) i keep the flow down so that it doesnt do the full color and then i select those colors and blend it that way. there is a tutorial in my video gallery that can help explain what i mean.
