Imaging Our Mekong - Snapshots: Streetfood

Snapshots: Steeetfood tackles the theme of health through a story on the process of of preparing and selling street food, particularly pork and chicken intestines, and clotted pork blood in Metro Manila. It warns people of the dangers of unsanitary food and exposes the unhygienic practices of food preparation and the carefree attitude of Filipinos on food safety.

This film was produced by Ms. Le Thu Hang and Ms. Chu Thuy Linh, Television reporters, Vietnam under the Imaging Our Mekong fellowship Technical Workshop in the Philippines from September 1 to 21, 2008 supported by the Rockefeller Foundation.
