Justice Mugen - Master Fei-Long

If you have seen supermystery's characters in action then fei long should be any surprise to you. The combos he can connect can get annoying at times. definitely overpowered and cheap. i still like him though.

Master Fei-long has invincibility frames and infinite-priority attacks up the wazoo, including an infinite-priority counter that uses up absolutely no energy.
